““We recently introduced a 'Health & Wellbeing @ Work' programme into QVC, and are working closely with Sarah and Rachel to assist with the introduction of this strategy across the business. I have no doubt that their approach will engage our employees and ensure they have a good understanding of how to cope with the pressures of work and everyday life.

I would recommend this programme to everyone who wishes to gain a clear and practical insight into this ever growing topic.”

“The workshop was somehow personalised, so we took away from the course what was relevant to each of us. Opinions weren’t forced on us, all the objectives were met and I personally got a lot out of it.”

“Coaching has meant that my team understands we are investing in them in the long term. The feedback demonstrates that your coaching skills are enabling them to work towards their goals and to understand how to fulfill their future potential. Comments range from 'supportive and encouraging', 'helps me to find my own solutions' to 'professional, approachable and trustworthy'.

The team feel they have benefited enormously from the Career Skills Development programme. Your experience and professionalism coupled with your insightful approach ensured that a diverse group of delegates could relax, be themselves and gain the most from a well structured and expertly delivered course. Feedback includes 'I would highly recommend this course to anyone, whatever their background or career aspirations', 'a comprehensive, well planned programme that gives me the tools and techniques I need to succeed at interview', 'Sarah and Rachel made me feel confident and they created an environment of trust where we could all learn effectively'."

Thank you for the conference last week. I really enjoyed it and certainly learnt a great deal.

Not long after the conference I had, what was potentially a very difficult meeting. In preparation I decided to use the coaching model that you had demonstrated for us. I couldn’t believe the difference in the tone of the meeting and in the way that I felt! Because I was moving slowly through stages, I felt relaxed and confident. I was happy to listen without feeling that I had to reply immediately – it was incredible! The person that I was meeting with, left really happily and, I believe, felt that they had had time to express their views and work with me through ideas to a mutually agreeable conclusion.

In a similar meeting tonight I followed the coaching model and, once again, found that I felt so much more at ease because there was a structure to follow which allowed everyone to have a voice and to be heard and respected.

I now plan to share your resources with my SLT and to roll it out to staff to help them deal with ‘difficult conversations’.

Once again, thank you!’

“Useful time to reflect on how important the coaching process is. Produced a stimulating environment for learning and discussion”

“I attended regular coaching sessions and found them invaluable. As a leader I believe it is important to build a high performance team and to do this you must start with yourself. For me, coaching has helped me focus on my own solutions, which in turn has given me the freedom to take control and develop my people in a way that suits them on an individual basis. I cannot recommend these sessions more highly, and I think each Team Leader and Team Manager should embrace the whole coaching experience – they have so much to gain.”

“An excellent course. You broke a heavy topic into workable chunks and not only was there plenty of opportunity for interaction – you also provided workable, practical solutions. Your understanding of the needs of the team is first rate. You both encouraged useful discussions and narrowed down a broad subject to make it specific to the management issues
– genuinely very impressed”.
