Rachel and Sarah first worked together at Barclays, where they were responsible for creating a progressive, innovative and high performance environment, to maximise the performance of 600 staff, which resulted in external recognition for the Business including Investors in People, winner of European Call Centre of the Year - Culture Category. The creation of this programme also contributed to the reduction in staff sickness and attrition, 2% & 5% respectively.
Rachel is committed to changing the culture of business in the UK so that people look forward to coming to work and are motivated to contribute their best. She also supports schools and communities to motivate young people to feel confident and achieve their full potential.
Passionate about the importance of wellbeing and empowerment, Rachel knows first hand, how this significantly impacts on efficiency, productivity and ultimately profit. She learnt the value of motivated people during her 20-year career at Barclays Bank PLC, when she helped turn around underperforming teams; in one case, in a team of 80 people, reducing headcount by 7% whilst both improving productivity of agents by 40% and decreasing absenteeism from 17% to 5% in 4 months.
30 years experience within the corporate arena, more than 10 years and over 4,500 hours experience as a coach, 10 years experience as a consultant and trainer, all of which equip her to work incredibly effectively in your business.
Sarah has vast experience of managing the full training lifecycle, from the identification of training needs, to the development of high impact training interventions and delivery of highly successful, sustainable learning & development programmes.
Sarah has over 20 years hands-on front-line and team management experience coupled with a clear and energetic communication style, which is an excellent combination for personal and management skills training and development. Sarah has extensive experience of coaching within the workplace, and her passion for enabling individuals to achieve their full potential both for themselves and their employer is key to developing a positive culture in the workplace.
Her key skills include her intuitive nature, the ability to gain a clear understanding of a client's current position and working to achieve goals and strategies to develop people's true potential.
