Bullying and Harassment    
A manager has a legal responsibility to ensure that employees are able to work within an environment that maintains their dignity and comfort.  It is essential that all managers possess the skills and knowledge to recognise bullying or harassing behaviour, to be able to manage and resolve the situation sensitively and effectively, and to manage any repercussions within the workplace.
